物联网监测技术研究及其在基坑施工中的应用

摘要 为保障城市基坑建造时结构本体的安全,同时减少施工对基坑周边环境的影响,文章研究了基于物联网的基坑监测技术,可以对基坑开挖时的支撑轴力、围护结构变形、基坑降水及基坑周边环境沉降情况进行自动化监测与预警,实现基坑与周边环境安全状况的实时掌控,能够大幅提升监测效率。通过对基坑变形和周边结构物沉降等数据的在线管理,能够及时预知基坑施工现场的结构安全情况,降低施工过程中的安全风险。基于物联网的基坑施工自动化监测有利于推动人工技术向数字化技术转型,可在城市基础设施的建设中推广应用。 To ensure the safety of the structural body during the construction of urban foundation pits and to reduce the impact of construction on the surrounding environment,this paper studies the foundation pit monitoring technology based on the Internet of Things.This technology can automatically monitor and warn the support axial forces,the deformation of retaining structures,foundation pit dewatering,and the environmental deformation around the foundation pit during excavation,achieving real-time control of the safety status of the foundation pit and its surrounding environment and greatly improving monitoring efficiency.Through online management of data,such as foundation pit deformation and settlement of the surrounding structures,it can predict in real time the structural safety situation of the foundation pit construction site,and reduce the safety risks during construction.The automatic monitoring of foundation pit construction based on the Internet of Things promotes the transformation of manual technology to digital technology,and can be widely applied in the construction of urban infrastructure.
