乡村振兴背景下特色保护类村庄发展策略研究——以八犊夼村为例

Research on the Development Strategy of Characteristic Protected Villages under the Background of Rural Revitalization:A Case of Badukuang Village

乡村振兴是我国城乡发展的重大战略决策,旨在提升农村生活水平,促进农村经济快速发展。特色保护类村庄强调对历史文化与特色资源的保护与利用,在乡村振兴背景下,其发展与保护关系的正确构建就变得尤为重要。文章以特色保护类村庄八犊夼村为例,在乡村振兴背景下,论证如何制定发展策略,依托村庄特色资源,发展村庄特色产业,形成特色资源保护与村庄发展的良性互促机制。从空间布局、产业发展、风貌提升、历史文化保护等多个方面为其他特色保护类村庄的发展与规划提供案例借鉴。

Rural revitalization is a major strategic decision for the development of urban and rural areas in China,aimed at improving rural living standards and promoting rapid rural economic development.The characteristic protected villages emphasize the protection and utilization of historical,cultural,and characteristic resources.In the context of rural revitalization,the correct construction of the relationship between development and protection has become particularly important.This paper takes Badukuang Village,a characteristic protected village,as an example,and demonstrates how to formulate development strategies,to rely on village characteristic resources,to develop village characteristic industries,and to form a benign mutual promotion mechanism between characteristic resource protection and village development in the context of rural revitalization.It provides case studies and references for the development and planning of other characteristic protected villages from multiple aspects,such as spatial layout,industrial development,landscape improvement,and historical and cultural protection,and so on.
