浙江省跨境电商产业数智化发展路径研究

Research on the Digital Development Path of Cross-border E-commerce Industry in Zhejiang Province

数智化发展成为推动外贸稳定增长的重要引擎。为了提升浙江省跨境电商产业数字化、智能化水平,顺应数智发展潮流,促进跨境电商产业健康稳步发展,梳理了浙江省跨境电商产业现状及问题,分析了数智赋能跨境电商产业的影响机制,进而提出相关数智化发展路径。建议构建跨境数智生态体系、构建跨境物流数智平台、强化跨境数智人才培养、优化跨境数智政策制度,以期为浙江省跨境电商产业数智化发展提供实践参考。

The development of digitalization has become an important engine for promoting stable growth in foreign trade.In order to enhance the digitalization and intelligence level of the cross-border e-commerce industry in Zhejiang Province,comply with the trend of digital intelligence development and promote the healthy and steady development of the cross-border e-commerce industry,this paper summarizes the current situation and problems of the cross-border e-commerce industry in Zhejiang Province,analyzes the impact mechanism of digital intelligence empowering the cross-border e-commerce industry,and proposes relevant digital development paths.It is recommended to build a cross-border digital intelligence ecosystem,build a cross-border logistics digital intelligence platform,strengthen the cultivation of cross-border digital intelligence talents,and optimize the crossborder digital intelligence policy system,in order to provide practical reference for the digital development of the cross-border e-commerce industry in Zhejiang Province.
