基于QFD和U-TRIZ的家用艾灸机器人创新设计

摘要 为了使产品功能配置合理,最后产出的技术方案能够满足用户需求,将质量功能展开(QFD)方法引入到家用艾灸机器人设计过程中,将用户需求转换为设计需求,保证设计的艾灸设备满足家用需求且具有竞争力;之后,对QFD阶段得出的相互矛盾的设计需求进行矛盾分析,找到对应的发明原理进行解决;最后,通过TRIZ理论下的统一TRIZ理论(U-TRIZ)特有的物质-属性-功能-原因(SAFC)解题模型,构建每对技术矛盾的技术方案,解决对应技术矛盾。结果表明:运用QFD和统一TRIZ理论集成的方法不仅能够使得产品构建合理,还能够快速找到合适的、具体的解决方案,实现的功能符合需求,使得设计过程更加严谨,方便设计者快速找到符合需求配比的合适技术方案。用此集成方法进行设计的技术方案申请了中国发明专利,验证了此集成创新设计方法的有效性。 In order to make the product function configuration reasonable and the final output technical solution meet the user needs,the quality function deployment(QFD) method was introduced into the design process of moxibustion robots for home using,converting user needs into design needs and ensuring that the designed moxibustion equipment meets the home using needs and its competitive.The contradictory design needs derived in the QFD stage were analyzed,and the corresponding invention principles were found to solve it.Finally,the substance-attribution-function-causality(SAFC) model of U-TRIZ theory was used to construct a technical solution for each pair of technical contradictions and solve the corresponding technical contradictions.The results show that the combination of QFD and U-TRIZ can not only make the product construction reasonable,but also can effectively make the realization of functions conform to the requirements,which makes the design process more rigorous and facilitates the designer to quickly find a suitable technical solution that conforms to the requirement ratio.The technical solution designed with this method was applied for a patent for invention,which effectively verified the effectiveness of the method.
