摘要
随着医学和生物学领域研究的不断深入,研究发现肠道菌群可以通过多种机制来影响神经发育及其功能,调节免疫反应;肠道菌群失衡与自闭症谱系障碍、注意力缺陷及多动障碍和精神分裂症等多种神经发展障碍性疾病的发生、发展密切相关。对此,文章旨在探讨肠道菌群与中枢神经系统发育二者的具体交互作用和生物化学通路,以期为相关领域的研究和应用提供理论参考与依据。
With the deepening of medical and biological research,the gut microbiota affects the neural development and function through various mechanisms,so as to regulate the immune responses.The imbalance of gut microbiota is closely related to the occurrence and development of various neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder,attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder,and schizophrenia.Therefore,this article will explore the specific interactions and biochemical pathways between the gut microbiota and the central nervous system development,in order to provide theoretical references and basis for related fields.
