新工科背景下“食品微生物学”课程思政教学实践与探索

摘要 为落实新时代立德树人这一根本任务,文章基于《食品微生物学》的课程内容和学生特点,从爱国主义和辩证唯物主义等角度出发结合思政元素,对课程改革进行实践探索。通过确立课程思政目标、增加教学思政元素,以及将课程内容与课程思政有机融合,不仅可以优化教学机制、完善教学评价体系、提升教师科学素养,还可以提高学生学习效率,实现协同育人的目的,为食品相关课程的教学改革提供参考和借鉴。 In order to implement the essential task of cultivating virtue and and nurturing individuals in the new era,based on the course content"Food Microbiology"and the characteristics of students,this paper integrates the ideological and political elements from the perspectives of patriotism and dialectical materialism,and explores the practical implementation of curriculum reform.The addition of curriculum ideological and political objectives,the addition of teaching ideological and political elements,and the integration of curriculum content and curriculum ideology and politics can not only optimize the teaching mechanism,improve the teaching evaluation system,and enhance the teachers’scientific literacy,but also improve the learning efficiency of students,realize the purpose of collaborative education,and provide references for the teaching reform of food-related courses.
