生物滤池系统的不同停留时间对于臭气中H2S和NH3去除效果的影响

摘要 气体在系统内的停留时间是影响生物滤池去除效率的重要因素之一。文章采用中试规模的生物滤池研究不同停留时间对臭气中H2S和NH3去除效果的影响。结果表明,随着气体停留时间的增加,H2S和NH3的去除率逐渐提高,当生化段停留时间为17 s时,装置对两者的去除率均大于90%;当停留时间相同时,臭气中H2S和NH3在喷淋液中的溶解度与其去除效果呈正相关。 The residence time of gas in the system is one of the important factors affecting the removal efficiency of biofilters.This paper studies the effect of different residence time on the removal of H2S and NH3 in odor by using a pilot scale biofilter.The results show that with the increase of gas residence time,the removal rates of H2S and NH3 increase.When the residence time of the biochemical section is 17s,the removal rates of H2S and NH3 by the device are greater than 90%.When the residence time is the same,there is a positive correlation between the solubility of H2S and NH3 in the spray solution and their removal efficiency in the odor.
