摘要
青贮是一种通过发酵保存饲料营养成分的技术手段,新鲜饲料经过乳酸发酵后会更加耐储存,营养成分也更能够保持稳定。在调制青贮时,为了促进青贮发酵过程,通常会使用青贮添加剂来最大限度地保证发酵品质,防止营养物质损失,青贮添加剂已经广泛应用于饲料工业。文章综述了当前应用较广的几种青贮添加剂的作用原理,为青贮添加剂的合理使用和进一步研究提供参考。
Silage is a technological method of preserving feed nutrients through lactic acid bacteria fermentation.Fresh raw feed can be stored for a long time and the nutritional value can remain stable after fermentation.To facilitate the fermentation process,silage additives are commonly used to improve fermentation quality and prevent nutrient losses,and have been widely used in the feed industry.This review summarizes the principle of action of several silage additives that are currently widely used,which provides theoretical references for the appropriate utilization and further research of silage additives.
