中药对初产初生驴驹体重体尺、血浆生化及血细胞的影响

Effect of Herbal Medicines on Body Weights,Body Measurements and Blood Plasma Biochemical Indicators,Blood Cells of Primiparity Newborn Foals

摘要 为提高初产驴驹的初生体重、体尺,挑选初次妊娠的健康德州母驴作为试验驴,随机分为对照组(C组)和3个试验组(T_(1),T_(2),T_(3)组),饲料均为全混合日粮,试验组药物用升阳益胃汤,按每日日粮摄入量的0.5%、1%、1.5%分别添加到试验组,投喂时间为妊娠第9~12个月农历初一、十五时各投喂1~3 d,每天投喂时间为上午8:00和中午12:00,共投喂12 d;检测初生驴驹体重和体尺、血浆生化指标和血液细胞指标。结果表明,与C组相比,T_(2),T_(3)组公母驴驹的体重、体高、体长及T3组公驴驹的胸深均显著增加(P<0.05);T_(2),T_(3)组公母驴驹的总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、钙和碱性磷酸酶、肌酸激酶和钙磷乘积均显著提高(P<0.05);T_(2),T_(3)组公母驴驹淋巴细胞数目、单核细胞数目、单核细胞百分比红细胞分布宽度变异系数和血小板数目均有显著提高(P<0.05)。建立的初产初生驴驹体尺与体重之间相关性的数学模型显示,在初生驴驹的各体尺指标中,管围与体重之间的相关性最大。综上所述,按日粮1%和1.5%升阳益胃汤的添加量可提高妊娠驴初产初生胎儿的体重、体尺,优化初生驴驹部分血液细胞及血浆生化指标。 To improve the body weights and body measurements of the primiparity newborn foals,the selected healthy primiparity Dezhou jennies were divided randomly into a control group(group C)and 3 test groups(groups T_(1),T_(2),T_(3)),the feedstuff being total mixed ration(TMR),herbal medicines based on Shengyang yiwei decoction added to 3 test groups by 0.5%,1%and 1.5%of the daily intake TMR,the feeding times being at 8:00 a.m.and 12:00 noon on the kalends and the 15th days in 9th-12th months of the lunar calendar for 1-3 d respectively for 12 d in total;The body weights and body measurements,blood plasma biochemical indicators and blood cells of the newborn foals would be tested.The results showed that compared to group C,the weight,height,and length of groups T_(2) and T_(3),as well as the chest depth of the colts in group T_(3),were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared to group C,the total protein,albumin,globulin,calcium,alkaline phosphatase,creatine kinase,and calcium-phosphorus product of both male and female donkey foals in groups T_(2) and T_(3) were significantly improved(P<0.05).Compared to group C,the lymphocyte count,monocyte count,monocyte percentage,red blood cell distribution width coefficient of variation,and platelet count of both male and female donkey foals in groups T2 and T3 were significantly increased(P<0.05).What mathematical models of the correlations between body weights and body measurements were established suggested that the correlations were the strongest between body weights and cannon circumferences in the all body measurements of the primiparity newborn foals.1%and 1.5%of Shengyang yiwei decoction supplementations significantly increasing the body weights and body measurements of the primiparity newborn foals(P<0.05),the body weights and body measurements,blood plasma biochemical indicators and blood cells of the newborn foals were improved.
