不同乳产量、乳蛋白率双峰驼血液生化指标和激素水平的对比研究

Comparative Study on Blood Biochemistry Indexes and Hormone Levels in Bactrian Camels with Different Milk Yields and Milk Protein

摘要 为了研究不同乳产量和乳蛋白率泌乳双峰驼血液生化指标和激素含量的差异,选用24峰体况、胎次相近的处于泌乳初期的阿拉善双峰驼,分为高产乳量组、低产乳量组、高乳蛋白组、低乳蛋白组,测定其血液指标,包括血清生化指标和血清激素水平。结果显示,在乳产量分组中,高产组双峰驼钙离子和钾离子显著低于低产组(P<0.05),非酯化脂肪酸极显著低于低产组(P<0.01),血清胰岛素浓度显著高于低产组(P<0.05);在乳蛋白率分组中,高乳蛋白组的血尿素氮浓度极显著高于低乳蛋白组(P<0.01),高乳蛋白组的孕酮和雌三醇显著低于低乳蛋白组(P<0.05),催乳素、雌酮和瘦素极显著低于低乳蛋白组(P<0.01)。结果表明,在相同的饲养管理下,离子代谢和糖代谢对乳产量的差异起到重要作用,乳蛋白的合成效率的差异可能主要由激素调节。 To investigate the differences in blood parameters and hormone levels among lactating Bactrian camels with varying milk yields and milk protein percentages,24 Alashan bactrian camels with similar body conditions and parity in early lactation were selected.These camels were divided into high-yield,low-yield,high milk protein,and low milk protein groups.Blood parameters,including serum biochemical indices and serum hormone levels,were measured.The results showed that in the milk yield groups,the calcium and potassium ion levels were significantly lower in the high-yield group compared to the low-yield group(P<0.05).Non-esterified fatty acids were extremely significantly lower in the high-yield group(P<0.01),and serum insulin concentrations were significantly higher than those in the low-yield group(P<0.05).In the milk protein percentage groups,blood urea nitrogen concentrations were extremely significantly higher in the high milk protein group(P<0.01).Progesteroneand estradiolwere significantly lower in the high milk protein group(P<0.05),while prolactin,estrone,and leptin were extremely significantly lower compared to the low milk protein group(P<0.01).The findings suggest that under the same husbandry management,ion metabolism and glucose metabolism play a significant role in the differences in milk yield,while the variations in milk protein synthesis efficiency may be primarily regulated by hormones.
