开展意识形态教育是高校思想政治教育的重要内容。当前,敌对势力意识形态斗争主要方式包括价值输出冲击思想防线,制造热点事件混淆视听,污蔑丑化党和军队扰乱人心等。斗争的本质包括西强我弱的长期态势,制度较量的斗争内因,改旗易帜的斗争根本。面对意识形态斗争的新形势,各高校要筑牢理论武装阵地、盯紧思想教育阵地、用好红色文化阵地、抢占网络舆论阵地以推进思政课程改革,在大学生意识形态教育中把握主动、有所作为。

Carrying out ideological education is an important part in ideological and political education of universities.At present,the main ways in which hostile forces engage in ideological struggle include value output impacting ideological defenses,creating hot events to confuse the public,defaming and vilifying the Party and the military,and disturbing people’s minds.The essence of the struggle includes the long-termsituation where the West is strong and one is weak,the internal factors of institutional competition,and the fundamental basis of never straying fromthe right path.Faced with the new situation of ideological struggle,universities should build a solid theoretical armed position,closely monitor the ideological education position,make good use of the red culture position,seize the online public opinion position to promote the reformof ideological and political courses,and seize the initiative and make progress in ideological education for college students.
