摘要
为破除铁道类高职生“2+1”定向培养的多重瓶颈,辽宁铁道职业技术学院携手铁路局与行业院校,成立了“2+1”定向培养联合体。通过深化产教融合,强化校校联合,协同赋能“2”阶段人才培养高质量发展;打破学校边界,通过跨校组班、混编学员、分工种施教、成绩互认四项举措,做实了“1”阶段精准施教。
In order to break the multiple bottlenecks of the“2+1”target training of railway higher vocational students,Liaoning Railway Vocational and Technical College,together with the Railway Bureau and industrial colleges,established the“2+1”target training consortium.It deepens the integration of industry and education,strengthens the school-school union,and cooperates to empower the“2”stage of talent training and high-quality development;breaks the boundary of the school,and implements the“1”stage accurate teaching through four measures:cross-school classes,mixed students,teaching according to type of work and mutual recognition of results.
