基于智能光储软开关的柔性有源配电网潮流优化

摘要 近年来,以现代电力电子装置为基础的智能软开关(soft normally open point,SNOP)逐渐成为配电网重要的一环,为进一步充分发挥SNOP拓扑结构优势,提出在SNOP直流侧接入光储一体化系统对柔性配电网进行潮流优化。首先分析储能系统和光伏系统的模型;然后,将其接入SNOP的直流侧,形成智能光储软开关(SNOP integrated with energy storage and photovoltaics,PE-SNOP),在此基础上建立柔性有源配电网的潮流调控模型,采用二阶锥规划算法进行求解;最后,利用改进的IEEE 33节点配电网模型对所提优化模型和算法进行了求解与验证,并与SNOP、智能储能开关单独优化的结果进行了对比。结果表明,所提模型有效提升了SNOP的调节能力,能够实现削峰填谷、抵抗随机扰动的作用,可改善系统运行状态,有效提高配电网运行经济性。 In recent years,the soft normally open point(SNOP)based on modern power electronic devices has gradually become an important part of the distribution network.In order to take full advantages of the topology of SNOP,it is proposed to connect the photovoltaic-storage integrated system on the DC side of SNOP to optimize the power flow of distribution network.Firstly,the models of energy storage system and photovoltaic system are analyzed,and they are connected to the DC side of SNOP to form an SNOP integrated with photovoltaics and energy storage(PE-SNOP).Secondly,on this basis,the power flow regulation model of flexible active distribution network is established,which utilizes second-order cone programming algorithm to solve the problem.Finally,the proposed optimization model and algorithm were solved and verified on an improved IEEE 33-node system,and compared with the optimization results obtained from SNOP and intelligent energy storage switch.The results indicate that the proposed model can effectively improve the regulation ability of SNOP,achieve peak shaving and valley filling,suppress random disturbances,and improve the performance of the system,thereby boosting the economy of distribution network operation.
