摘要
在大数据的基础上,利用网络技术、共享技术以及数据采集技术,构建一个集数据共享和采集功能一体的烟草生产控制专业平台,提高烟草制丝线过程的控制水平。传统人工抄录信息的方式被数据采集模块所取代,网络通信替代了纸质传递卡,实现高效快速的信息传递,满足跨部门分享生产数据的需求。该平台使用OPC技术作为接口和协议,链接了不同厂商的各类系统与设备,同时使用实时数据库,打破生产现场通信的局限,实现了高效便捷的信息共享。
Based on big data technique,this paper designs a professional platform for tobacco production control through network technology combined with data acquisition and sharing technology,and builds a platform that integrates data sharing and collection,which improves the control level of tobacco silk production.The traditional way of manually transcribing information is replaced by the platform,and network communication replaces paper transfer cards,realizing efficient and fast information transfer,and meeting the needs of cross-departmental sharing of production data.The platform uses OPC technology as the interface and protocol,links various systems and equipment of different manufacturers,uses a real-time database to break the limitations of on-site communication,and realize efficient and convenient information sharing.
