摘要
目的了解养老护理定向培养生学习动力现状及其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法选取养老护理定向培养班的73名学生作为研究对象,并对学生进行问卷调查。结果学习动力与学习态度、自我效能、学习兴趣、职业认同呈正相关关系,性别、父母学历对学生学习动力也有影响。结论养老护理定向培养生学习动力有待提高,应通过加强“三全育人”、优化人才培养方案、重构课程体系等方式,在实践中增强学生职业认同感及提高其学习动力。
Objective To learn the status of learning motivation and influencing factors for elderly nursing targeted training students.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 73 elderly nursing targeted students as research subject,and questionnaires were administered to students.Results Learning motivation was positively related to learning attitude,self-efficacy,learning interest,and occupational identity,gender and parental education also had an effect on students′learning motivation.Conclusion The elderly nursing targeted training students′learning motivation needs to be improved,and students′sense of occupational modeling and learning motivation should be strengthened in practice through strengthening the"Three-wide education",optimizing the personnel training program,and restructuring the course system.
