中医院校护理硕士专业学位研究生临床指导教师教学认知及能力现状研究

Study on the Status of Teaching Cognition and Ability of Clinical Supervisors for Postgraduates with Master of Nursing Specialist in Chinese Medicine Colleges

摘要 目的了解中医院校护理硕士专业学位(Master of Nursing Specialist,MNS)研究生临床指导教师教学认知与能力,为开展规范化培训、制订MNS研究生临床实践培养方案提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法选取临床指导教师作为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果在教学认知及教学现状方面,部分临床指导教师认为医院有可操作的MNS研究生临床实践培养模式,但不够完善;临床指导教师以一对一带教、护理查房、小讲课为主的方式安排MNS研究生临床实践学习。在教学能力现状方面,临床指导教师认为自己还需提升科研能力、循证护理能力、获取医学前沿知识能力、信息技术等。结论临床指导教师对MNS研究生培养的认识不够深入,其指导的MNS研究生核心能力不足;目前中医院校缺乏具有中医特色的MNS研究生临床实践培养模式;学院与医院应加强临床指导教师核心能力培训,基于我国MNS研究生培养方案,结合自身发展特点构建具有中医特色的MNS研究生临床实践培养模式。 Objective To learn the teaching cognition and ability of clinical supervisors for postgraduates with Master of Nursing Specialist(MNS)in Chinese medicine colleges,and to provide references for developing standardized training and formulating clinical practice training program for postgraduates of MNS.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select clinical supervisors as the subjects for questionnaire survey.Results In terms of teaching cognition and teaching status,some clinical supervisors believed that there were operable clinical practice training models for postgraduates of MNS in hospitals,but they were not advanced.The clinical supervisors arranged clinical practice learning for postgraduates of MNS mainly through face-to-face teaching,nursing rounds and small lectures.In terms of the status of teaching ability,clinical supervisors believed that they still need to improve their scientific research ability,evidence-based nursing capabilities,ability to acquire medical frontier knowledge,information technology and so on.Conclusion Clinical supervisors did not have further learning of the training of postgraduates of MNS,and the core competence of postgraduates of MNS they supervised were insufficient.At present,there is a lack of clinical practice training models for postgraduates of MNS with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.Colleges and hospitals should strengthen training for clinical supervisors′core ability,and based on clinical practice training model for postgraduates of MNS with TCM characteristics in combination with their own development characteristics.
