摘要
随着医疗服务高质量发展,医疗机构对医务社会工作服务的需求日益凸显,对医务社工熟练运用专业方法、技巧及提供高品质服务的要求越来越高,因此完善医务社会工作实习管理体系对人才培养有重要作用。本文基于SMART原则,以天津市Z医院医务社工实习管理为例,提出医院医务社会工作临床实习中存在的问题以及解决措施,完善实习管理体系,提高医务社会工作实习的专业性,探索出新的医务社会工作实习模式。
The demand for medical social work services in medical institutions is becoming increasingly prominent as the demand for medical social workers to proficiently use professional methods and skills and provide high-quality services is also increasing.So improving the management system of medical social work internships plays an important role in personnel cultivation.Based on the SMART principle,this article takes the management of medical social work internships at Z Hospital in Tianjin as an example,proposes the problems and solutions in clinical internships of medical social work in hospitals,improves the internship management system,enhances the professionalism of medical social work internships,and explores new model of medical social work internships.
