Ceramics,as one of the important inventions and creations of the ancient laboring people in China,has inherited rich cultural connotations in the long river of history.In the development process of ceramic art,painting and decoration enrich the expression forms of ceramic artworks,promoting further development of ceramic art.Therefore,painting decoration has a positive promoting effect and significance on ceramic art design.It can not only improve the value of ceramic art,but also enrich the content of ceramic art,making ceramic art design more contemporary.In view of this,this article mainly analyzes the characteristics of painting decoration,the advantages and practical applications of painting decoration in ceramic art design,in order to comprehensively improve the level of ceramic art design.
