摘要
采用固相法在1250℃保温2h合成了Tb掺杂的Sr_(2-x)Ba_(x)Ce_(0.7)Tb_(0.3)O_(4)黄色颜料,研究了Ba添加量对颜料晶相组成、呈色性能、近红外反射性能和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,当Ba添加量为x=1~2时,可获得以正交结构Sr_(2-x)Ba_(x)Ce_(0.7)Tb_(0.3)O_(4)主晶相的黄色颜料。Ba部分或完全取代Sr,可显著提升颜料的黄度值(b^(*))、明度值(L^(*))和近红外反射性能。其中,Ba含量为x=1的颜料具有最高的黄度和近红外反射性能,其颜色参数L^(*)=65.50、a^(*)=28.33、b^(*)=75.11,呈现鲜艳的红相黄色,太阳光近红外反射率可达到97.5%。制备的Sr_(2-x)Ba_(x)Ce_(0.7)Tb_(0.3)O_(4)颜料粉体由亚微米尺度的不规则晶粒组成,存在明显的晶粒团聚现象。
The Tb-doped Sr_(2-x)Ba_(x)Ce_(0.7)Tb_(0.3)O_(4)yellow pigments were synthesized by a solid-state method at 1250℃for 2 h.The effects of Ba content on the crystal phase composition,chromatic performance,near-infrared reflectance and microstructure of pigments were investigated.The results show that the yellow pigments with orthogonal structure Sr_(2-x)Ba_(x)Ce_(0.7)Tb_(0.3)O_(4)main crystal phase can be obtained with the introduced Ba contents of x=1~2.With partially or completely substitution of Ba for Sr,the pigment shows significant enhancement in the yellowness value(b^(*)),brightness value(L^(*))and near-infrared reflectance.In particular,the pigments with a Ba content of x=1 possesses the highest yellowness and near-infrared reflectance,which appears brilliant yellow color with color parameters L^(*)=65.50,a^(*)=28.33 and b^(*)=75.11,and solar NIR of 97.5%.The prepared Sr_(2-x)Ba_(x)Ce_(0.7)Tb_(0.3)O_(4)pigment powders are composed of irregular grains with submicron scale and obvious grain agglomeration.
