日用废瓷在建筑陶瓷坯体中的应用研究

摘要 本文探究了日用废瓷在建筑陶瓷坯体中循环利用的可行性,采用XRD、SEM、吸水率、线性收缩和力学性能等测试手段,研究了日用废瓷含量、烧成温度和成型压力对建筑陶瓷坯体结构和性能的影响。结果表明,与建筑陶瓷相比,日用废瓷的Al_(2)O_(3)和SiO_(2)含量更高,而熔剂成分含量更少。由于日用废瓷中含有大量发育良好的莫来石晶体,适量加入日用废瓷可明显提高建筑陶瓷坯体的性能,特别是力学性能。当日用废瓷含量为20%、烧成温度1200℃、成型压力为12 MPa时,制备的建筑陶瓷坯体的吸水率、抗折强度和收缩率分别为0.028%、67.5 MPa和5.48%。 In this paper,the feasibility of recycling daily waste porcelain in building ceramic was investigated,and the effects of waste porcelain content,firing temperature and molding pressure on the structure and properties of building ceramic were studied by using XRD,SEM,water absorption rate,linear shrinkage and mechanical properties tests.The results showed that daily waste porcelain has higher contents of Al_(2)O_(3)and SiO_(2),and less flux content compared with building ceramics.Due to the large number of well-developed mullite crystals in the daily waste porcelain,the properties,especially the mechanical properties,of the building ceramic can be significantly improved by adding the daily waste porcelain in appropriate amounts.When the content of daily-use waste porcelain is 20%,the firing temperature is 1200℃,and the molding pressure is 12 MPa,the water absorption,flexural strength and shrinkage of the prepared samples are 0.028%,67.5 MPa and 5.48%,respectively.
