Connotation Interpretation and Measurement Development of County Sages Support in the New Era

乡贤支持是乡贤文化建设的核心要义,是乡村在土与离土的各方贤达人士运用各自的德性、知识、技能、资源和影响力支持家乡建设的积极态度与言行,凸显了当代新乡贤的时代价值与风貌。通过针对“德、能、勤”等典型特征收集新乡贤的内涵信息,并运用质性研究及统计分析证实:乡贤支持涵括情系乡土、上达民意、下疏民情、建言献策、德行垂范、共同致富等6维内涵结构,22个观测项的测量量表,且信效度优佳。

The support of county sages is the core of the cultural construction of county sages.It is the positive attitude and words of county sages in and out of the land to support the construction of their hometown with their virtues,knowledge,skills,resources and influence,which highlights The Times value and style of the contemporary new sages.Based on the typical characteristics of morality,ability and conscientiousness,the connotation information of the new county sages was collected,and qualitative research and statistical analysis were used to confirm that the connotation structure of the county sages support included 6 dimensional connotation structures of local sentiment,public opinion at the top,public sentiment at the bottom,suggestions,virtue model and common prosperity,and the measurement scale of 22 observation items was excellent in reliability and validity.
