摘要
新文科建设的本质在于学科间的融合与相关知识的协同。然而,当前高校研究生在培养理念、培养目标以及培养方式上却难以适应新时代发展的客观需求,在跨学科协同培养意识、培养体系、协同培养平台建设,协同培养机制方面还存在诸多不足,一定程度上也制约了研究生的知识创新能力和实践能力的提升。鉴于此,研究生培养应树立跨学科协同培养的理念,打破学科边界,健全跨学科协同培养机制,提升协同动力,完善跨学科协同培养评价体系,提升绩效评价的激励作用,保障研究生跨学科协同培养的长效性,最终实现跨学科协同育人的目标。
The essence of the construction of new liberal arts lies in the integration of disciplines and the coordination of related knowledge.However,it is difficult to meet the objective needs of the development of the new era in the training concept,training objectives and training methods of graduate students in colleges and universities.There are still many deficiencies in interdisciplinary collaborative training consciousness,training system,collaborative training platform construction and collaborative training mechanism,which also restrict the improvement of knowledge innovation ability and practical ability of graduate students.In view of this,postgraduate training should establish the concept of interdisciplinary collaborative training,break the disciplinary boundaries,improve the interdisciplinary collaborative training mechanism,enhance the collaborative motivation,improve the interdisciplinary collaborative training evaluation system,enhance the incentive role of performance evaluation,ensure the long-term effect of interdisciplinary collaborative training of postgraduate students,and ultimately achieve the goal of interdisciplinary collaborative training.
