数字经济对区域绿色创新的影响——基于产业结构升级的调节效应分析

The Impact of Digital Economy on Regional Green Innovation:Analysis of Adjustment Effect based on Industrial Structure Upgrading

基于2011—2021年中国31个省级面板数据,研究数字经济发展对绿色创新的影响机制,并进一步分析了产业结构升级的调节效应。研究发现:数字经济对绿色创新的影响呈“U型”,且在进行一系列稳健性检验后,该结论仍然成立。通过计算拐点值,发现仅有北京和上海的数字经济发展水平超过了拐点值。在此基础上,引入产业结构作为调节变量,发现产业结构升级强化了数字经济对于绿色创新的“U型”影响,提前了数字经济发展水平对绿色创新呈“U型”临界点的到来。因此,数字经济发展的同时应结合产业结构升级能更有效地促进绿色技术创新。

Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021,the study analyzes the impact mechanism of digital economy development on green innovation,and further analyzes the regulatory effect of industrial structure upgrading.The study found that the impact of digital economy on green innovation is U-shaped,and the conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests.Calculating the inflection point value,it is found that only Beijing and Shanghai's digital economy development level exceeds the inflection point value.On this basis,industrial structure is introduced as the regulating variable,and it is found that the upgrading of industrial structure strengthens the U-shaped influence of digital economy on green innovation,and advances the arrival of the critical point of U-shaped influence of digital economy development level on green innovation.Therefore,the development of digital economy should be combined with the upgrading of industrial structure to promote green technology innovation more effectively.
