“大党独有难题”的内涵、成因和破解之道

The Meaning,the Cause and the Solution of“Special Challenges of the Large Party”

“大党独有难题”丰富和发展了马克思主义的建党学说,是基于新时代的国情世情党情提出的重要命题。从六个“如何始终”来看,中国共产党的独有难题可总结为三个方面:坚持统一思想之难;维持长期执政之难;保持纯洁性之难。这些难题的成因在于党的组织规模庞大,长期执政中存在惰性,腐败问题层出不穷。破解独有难题要坚持党的全面领导,做到统一思想,坚定理想信念;加强党的执政能力,注重践行初心使命,不断提高政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力;推进党的自我革命,解决自身问题,深化反腐败斗争。

“Special challenges of the large party”has enriched and developed the Marxist theory of founding the Party,and is an important proposition that is presented on a foundation of the conditions of the Party,the nation,and the globe in the new era.From the perspective of the six“how to always…”,the special challenges of the Communist Party of China can be summed up in three aspects:the challenge of achieving unity in thinking;the challenge of consolidating the position as the long-term governing party;the challenge of preserving the integrity of the party.The cause of these challenges lies in the large scale of the Party’s organization,the inertia in the long-term governance,and the problems of corruption.To tackle special challenges,we must adhere to the overall leadership of the Party,achieve unity of thinking,and maintain firm ideals and convictions;we should strengthen the Party’s governance capacity,focus on and stay true to its original aspiration,and continue to improve its capacity for political judgment,thinking,and implementation;we must promote the Party’s self-reform,solve its own problems,and advance the fight against corruption.
