借力学术研究推进行政管理本科专业建设的教改实践探索

摘要 学术研究和教学既相互区别,又相互联系,二者在高校的教育过程中缺一不可。通过梳理国内外学术研究推进行政管理本科专业培养人才的现状,分析新形势下国内学术研究推进行政管理本科专业建设存在的问题并提出针对性的优化措施,有助于深化科研反哺教学,把我国学术研究推进行政管理本科专业建设教学改革的具体实践引向深入。 Scholarship and teaching are both distinct and interrelated,and both are indispensable to the educating process in higher education.By combing the status quo of domestic and international academic research to promote the cultivation of talents in undergraduate specialty of administrative management,analyzing the problems of domestic academic research to promote the construction of undergraduate specialty of administrative management under the new situation and proposing targeted optimization measures,the article helps to deepen the scientific research to feed the teaching and bring the specific practice of China’s academic research to promote the teaching reform of the construction of undergraduate specialty of administrative management to a deeper depth.
