乡村振兴战略下职业教育实践育人路径研究

摘要 实践育人在职业教育助力乡村振兴中具有重要价值,能够有效提升职业院校学生的综合素质。针对目前乡村振兴需求与职业教育供给存在矛盾、缺乏纽带、缺少机制等困境,提出了坚持立德树人,营造共生环境;嵌入育人实践,建设联动载体;设计联动项目,健全协同机制等举措,以实现校地协同育人。 Education through practice has great value in promoting rural revitalization through vocational education,and it can effectively enhance the comprehensive quality of vocational college students.In response to the current contradictions,lack of links and coordination mechanisms between the demand of rural revitalization and the supply of vocational education,approaches are proposed to achieve collaborative education between schools and local governments,namely,adhering to promoting morality and nurturing talents,and creating a symbiotic environment;integrating educational practices and building collaborative carriers;planning collaborative programs to improve collaborative mechanisms.
