关节镜下微创有限清理术治疗KOA 患者的效果观察

Arthroscopic minimally invasive limited cleanup in patients with KOA

目的:探讨关节镜下微创有限清理术治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法:根据治疗方案将108例KOA患者分为两组,各54例。观察组行关节镜下微创有限清理术,对照组行关节镜下广泛清理术。比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组手术相关指标、血清指标、Toll样受体4(TLR4)/髓样分化因子88(MyD88)/核因子-κB(NF-κB)信号通路指标、动态足底受力时间指标、疼痛程度及膝关节功能方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后并发症总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:关节镜下微创治疗KOA能优化手术流程,减轻炎症,改善膝关节功能,缓解患者疼痛,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive limited cleanup in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:108 patients with KOA were divided into two groups of 54 cases each according to the treatment protocol.The observation group underwent arthroscopic minimally invasive limited cleanup,and the control group underwent arthroscopic extensive cleanup.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:Comparison of the two groups in terms of surgery-related indexes,serum indexes,Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)/myeloid differentiation factor 88(MyD88)/nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway indexes,dynamic plantar force time indexes,pain level and knee function,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the differences in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment of KOA optimizes the surgical process,reduces inflammation,improves knee function,relieves patient pain,and is safe.
