摘要
实现医院绩效精细化管理,应用信息化手段尤为重要。该文首先阐述绩效管理的含义、信息化手段的内涵、医院精细化绩效管理的关键要点等相关理论知识,然后分析信息化手段助力医院精细化绩效管理的优势和劣势,并在此基础上,提出信息化手段助力医院精细化绩效管理策略的建议,即完善绩效管理体系,实施奖励制度和激励制度,加大信息技术支持,加强文化建设与培训。
It is particularly important to apply information technology to achieve refined management of hospital performance.This article first elaborates on the meaning of performance management,the connotation of information technology,and the key points of hospital refined performance management.Then,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of information technology in assisting hospital refined performance management.Based on this,it proposes suggestions for using information technology to assist hospital refined performance management strategies,including improving the performance management system,implementing reward and incentive systems,increasing information technology support,and strengthening cultural construction and training.
