摘要
为落实职业院校立德树人根本任务,助力育德意识和育德能力并重的青年教师队伍建设。依据教师育德素质培育的理论基础,基于职业院校汽车专业青年教师群体,进行育德能力内涵分析和育德能力构成要素分析,依据职业院校青年教师育德能力不足的表现调研结果进行归因分析,最后从育德理念、育德内容、育德资源、育德方法和育德评价等模块提出“培-赛-研-课”四位一体式青年教师育德能力发展策略,为职业院校有针对性开展青年教师育德能力培育提供借鉴。
In order to carry out the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in vocational colleges,we should help the construction of young teachers who attach equal importance to the awareness and ability of moral education.Based on the theoretical basis of the cultivation of teachers'moral quality and the group of young automobile teachers in vocational colleges,this paper makes an analysis of the connotation and components of moral education ability,according to the results of the investigation and research on the lack of moral education ability of young teachers in vocational colleges.Finally,the four-integrated development strategy of"training,competition,research and course"is proposed from the modules of moral concept,content,resource,method and evaluation,it provides reference for vocational colleges to carry out the cultivation of young teachers'moral education ability.
