中小企业转型发展路径研究

Research on the Transformation and Development Path of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

随着时代的更迭、社会的进步,中小企业作为我国经济发展的重要组成部分,正身处竞争越来越激烈的市场环境中。面对存在诸多不确定因素的未来,中小企业为了稳固自身地位、谋求新的出路和取得更大的发展,寻找适宜的转型路径迫在眉睫。采用文献研究法、个案研究法和观察法,从中小企业转型发展的背景入手,挖掘造成其转型发展困难的内部因素与外部因素,着重探索中小企业转型发展的路径,即从专精特新、数字化、传统文化、环境友好、战略创新等路径进行转型发展,并提出保障中小企业转型发展的措施。

With the change of times and progress of our society,small and medium-sized enterprises,as an important part of our country’s economic development,are now facing increasingly fierce competition in the market environment.In the face of a future with many uncertainties,small and medium-sized enterprises are urgently seeking suitable transforma⁃tion paths in order to stabilize their own positions,seek new ways out,and achieve greater development.Based on literature research,case study,and observation methods,this paper starts from the background of the transformation and develop⁃ment of small and medium-sized enterprises,explores the internal and external factors that cause difficulties in their trans⁃formation and development,and focuses on exploring the path of transformation and development of small and mediumsized enterprises,such as specialization,innovation,digitization,traditional culture,environmental friendliness,and strate⁃gic innovation,and puts forward measures to ensure the transformation and development of small and medium-sized enter⁃prises.
