国内智慧高速建设研究综述

Review of Smart Highway Construction in China

智慧高速公路是指利用现代信息技术对高速公路进行智能化升级改造,让车辆的行驶更安全、快速和绿色,极大地提升了交通运输安全、通行效率和服务水平。现对江苏、河北、浙江、广东、上海等在国内智慧高速建设上有代表性的几个省(市)开展调查,研究我国智慧高速的建设现状,并分析总结现阶段的智慧高速在短时间内难以真正落地实施、缺乏统一建设标准、缺少相应建设成效评价等方面存在的问题。

Intelligent highway refers to the use of modern information technology,the intelligent upgrading of highway,can make the vehicle driving process safer,faster and more more eco-friendly,greatly improve the safety of transportation,traffic efficiency and service level.This paper surveys Jiangsu,Hebei,Zhejiang,Guangdong,Shanghai and other representative provinces(cities)in the construction of intelligent highway,studies the current situation of the construction of intelligent highway in China,analyzes and summarizes the problems in the current stage of intelligent highway,such as the difficulty in practical implementation in a short time,the lack of unified construction standards,the lack of corresponding construction effect evaluation.
