摘要
彩色雾封层材料作为一种新型的道路养护材料,受到了越来越广泛的关注,但其使用条件却较大地弱化了其色彩保持能力。现研究了光照对彩色雾封层材料色彩保持能力的主要影响因素,以及不同颜色和不同厂家的彩色雾封层材料在紫外线照射状态下的色彩保持能力。采用了自主研制的紫外线仿真系统、采样系统和色差评价标准,大大提高了分析的准确性。通过试验,得出了不同颜色和不同厂家雾封层材料在紫外线照射下的L、a、b三个色彩参数的变化,为彩色雾封层材料在抗光老化条件下的成分设计以及在养护决策阶段彩色雾封层材料的颜色选取提供了依据。
Color fog sealing material,as a new type of road maintenance material,has received increasing attention,but its use conditions significantly weaken its color retention ability.This study investigates the main influencing factors of light on the color retention ability of color fog sealing materials,as well as the color retention ability of color fog sealing materials from different colors and manufacturers under UV irradiation.Utilizing a self-developed UV simulation system,sampling system,and color difference evaluation standard,which greatly enhances the accuracy of analysis.The experimental results reveal the changes in the color parameters L,a,and b for fog sealing materials from different colors and manufacturers under UV exposure.These findings provide essential data for the formulation design of color fog sealing materials resistant to light aging and aid in selecting colors during the maintenance decision-making stage.
