新质生产力促进我国体育产业高质量发展的关联机理、内在逻辑与实施方略

Correlation Mechanism,Internal Logic,and Implementation Strategy of Promoting High-quality Development of China’s Sports Industry Through New Quality Productive Forces

新质生产力是推进我国经济社会高质量发展的强劲动力。从历史视野审视发现,中国式现代化进程中我国体育产业迫切需要引入新的增长动力来实现高质量发展。研究认为,新质生产力可以重塑体育产业增长的底层逻辑、促进体育产业整合与产业重构、拓展体育产业高质量发展的虚拟空间;新质生产力通过为体育产业发展提供新质和新型生产要素、打造创新驱动和协同发展模式、倒逼体育管理体制机制改革创新促进体育产业高质量发展;同时,产业性原创性关键技术研发能力不足、数字体育基础设施及信息资源匮乏、体育产业创新文化和创新氛围亟待培育等制约新质生产力作用的发挥;培育和发展体育产业领域新质生产助力体育产业高质量发展,应推进问题导向的体育科技攻关,加强数字体育基础设施建设,夯实体育产业发展的文化基础,积极推进技术创新与价值回归,增强有为政府和有效市场的更好结合。

New quality productive forces are a strong driving force for promoting high-quality economic and social development in China.This paper revealed that from a historical perspective,in the process of the Chinese path to modernization,China’s sports industry urgently needed to introduce new growth drivers to achieve high-quality development.The study suggested that new quality productive forces could reshape the underlying logic of sports industry growth,promote the integration and restructuring of the sports industry,and expand the virtual space for high-quality development of the sports industry.New quality productive forces could promote the high-quality development of the sports industry by providing new quality and new production factors,creating innovative and collaborative development models,and driving the reform and innovation of the sports management system and mechanism.Meanwhile,the lack of research and development capabilities for key technologies with industrial originality,the scarcity of digital sports infrastructure and information resources,and the urgent need to cultivate an innovative culture and atmosphere in the sports industry constrained the role of new quality productive forces.To cultivate and develop new quality production in the sports industry and promote high-quality development of the sports industry,problem solving oriented sports technology research and development,digital sports infrastructure construction,cultural foundation of sports industry development,technological innovation and value return,and better combination of government and effective market should be reinforced.
