新时代高职院校思政课增值评价变革:内涵、困境与突破

摘要 新时代对高职院校思想政治理论课提出了新的要求,高职院校思想政治理论课的评价也必须有所发展与变革。高职院校思想政治理论课增值评价对于引导教育质量评价走向深入、落实立德树人根本任务具有深远意义。评价取向工具化、评价指标静态化、评价方式单一化是当前高职院校思想政治理论课评价中存在的问题,可从当下高职院校思想政治理论课评价的困境出发,提出发展性、动态性、多元性评价的增值评价改革,同时提出评价核心体现在以学生发展为导向、评价动态性体现在教育全过程、依托多元技术赋能的建设理念。 The new era has put forward new requirements for ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges.Under the historical conditions of the new era,the development and transformation of evalua tion for these courses have become a new mission.The value-added assessment of ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges has significant implications for guiding the evaluation of educational quality to go deeper and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality.The current problems in the evaluation of ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges include instrumental evalua-tion orientation,static evaluation indicators and singularity evaluation methods.Starting from the current dilemma of evaluation for these courses,this essay proposes a value-added assessment reform based on developmental,dynamic and diversified evaluation.Meanwhile,it proposes that the core of evaluation should be student develop-ment-oriented,the dynamism of evaluation should be reflected in the whole process of education and the con-struction concept of integrating multiple technologies.
