摘要
面对就业工作的新要求,高校就业指导课程改革更要注意工作的精准化、人性化和智能化。基于精准就业的理念,面对师资队伍薄弱、课程内容宽泛、教学模式单一的就业指导课程实施现状,可探索实施相关措施,如加强师资队伍建设、深化课程体系改革、创新教学模式等,以期完善高校毕业生就业创业服务体系,促进毕业生的高质量就业。
In face of the higher requirement of employment,the reform of the career guidance courses needs to focus on precision,humanization and intelligence.Based on the concept of precise employment,in view of the current situation of weak teaching staff,broad course content and monotonous teaching mode in career guidance courses,we should explore ways to strengthen the team construction of teachers,deepen the reform of the course curriculum and promote teaching models and other teaching reforms,aiming to improve the employment and en-trepreneurship service for college graduates and promote high-quality employment.
