摘要
“岗课赛证”融合育人是职业院校培养高技能、高质量人才的重要途径。目前多数高职院校“岗课赛证”融合育人仍存在形式化严重、融合缺乏合力、教学手段和设施落后、“双师”队伍建设创新性不足等问题。在对“岗课赛证”融合的内涵和价值进行分析的基础上,可从重构人才培养方案、深化课程改革、打造创新型“双师”队伍建设和构建四维一体评价体系等途径入手加以改进。
The integration of"post-course-competition-certification"is an important way for vocational colleges to culti-vate high skilled and high-quality talents.Currently,most higher vocational colleges still face practical difficulties such as serious formalization,lack of synergy in integration,outdated teaching methods and facilities and insufficient innova-tion in the construction of"dual teacher"teams.By exploring the connotation and value of the integration of"post-course-competition-certification",this article aims to explore ways to reconstruct talent training programs,deepen cur-riculum reform,build innovative"dual teacher"teams and construct a four-dimensional integrated evaluation system.
