国内预制菜标准现状分析

摘要 随着生活节奏加快,预制菜受到越来越多消费者青睐,预制菜产业也迅猛扩张。为强化预制菜食品安全监管,促进预制菜行业有序发展,国家和地方陆续出台了相关政策法规,行业与企业相继制定了预制菜系列标准。本文对国内已发布的预制菜相关标准进行梳理,为下一步完善预制菜食品标准体系工作提供依据。 With the accelerated pace of life,prepared dishes are increasingly favored by consumers,and the prepared dishes industry is also rapidly expanding.In order to strengthen the supervision of prepared dishes safety and promote the orderly development of the prepared dishes industry,relevant policies and regulations have been successively introduced by the country and local governments.The industry and organizations have also formulated a series of prepared dishes standards.This article reviews and analyzes the relevant standards for prepared dishes that have been released in China,providing a basis for improving the food standard system for prepared dishes in the next step.
