新质生产力背景下智能化食品生产存在的问题及对策

摘要 新质生产力发展背景下,开展关于智能化食品生产如何显著提升人们的生活品质的研究显得很有必要。通过集成自动化设备、实时监控系统、数据分析和人工智能,智能化食品生产不仅优化了生产流程,提高了食品安全与营养质量,还响应了消费者对健康与环保食品的需求。研究表明,尽管智能化食品生产存在技术成熟度不足和高成本等挑战,但通过政策支持、市场引导,以及提升消费者认知和接受度,智能化食品生产有潜力促进社会经济全面发展,提高人们的生活质量。 In the context of the development of new quality productivity,it is necessary to study how intelligent food production can significantly improve people’s quality of life.By integrating automated equipment,real-time monitoring systems,data analytics,and artificial intelligence,smart food production not only optimizes production processes,improves food safety and nutritional quality,but also responds to consumer demand for healthy and environmentally friendly food.Studies have shown that despite the challenges of insufficient technological maturity and high cost,intelligent food production has the potential to promote comprehensive social and economic development and improve people’s quality of life through policy support,market guidance,and consumer awareness and acceptance.
