摘要
有机食品作为一种健康、环保的食品选择,在全球范围内备受关注。随着有机食品行业的快速发展,标签虚假、认证混乱、供应链追溯不清和监管不力等问题逐渐显现。本文针对有机食品行业的现状及监管中暴露的问题展开分析,旨在深入了解这一行业的发展趋势与监管挑战,并提出监管对策以促进其可持续发展。
As a healthy and environmentally friendly food choice,organic food has attracted global attention.With the rapid development of the organic food industry,issues such as false labeling,certification confusion,unclear supply chain traceability,and lax regulation have gradually emerged.This article provides an overview of the current status and the problems exposed in regulation,aiming to gain insights into the industry’s development trends and regulatory challenges,and proposes corresponding regulatory measures to promote its sustainable development.
