β-酪蛋白基因型可分为A1型和A2型两种主要类型。与A1型相比,A2型β-酪蛋白消化时不会产生对肠道有刺激作用的生物活性肽段,消化吸收性更好,具有一定的营养优势。这也使得A2型β-酪蛋白奶产品表现出相对更好的抗氧化稳定性、降低Ⅰ型糖尿病发病风险、改善炎症反应等优良品质。凭借营养优势和独特品质特征,A2型β-酪蛋白有助于推动乳品工业朝高质量、多元化、功能化方向发展,满足消费者日益增长的优质乳品需求。
β-casein genotypes can be divided into two main types:A1 type and A2 type.Compared to A1 type,A2 typeβ-casein does not produce biologically active peptides that have a stimulating effect on the intestine during absorption and digestion,and has better digestive and absorption properties,which means certain nutritional advantages.This also enables A2 typeβ-casein milk to show relatively better antioxidant stability,reduce the risk of type I diabetes and improve inflammatory response.With its nutritional advantages and unique quality characteristics,A2 typeβ-casein helps to drive the dairy industry towards high-quality,diversified,and functional development,meeting the growing demand for high-quality dairy products from consumers.
