摘要
短跑运动作为一项考验运动员爆发力和速度的无氧运动,不仅要求运动员具备良好的技战术水平,还需要具备良好的体能素质。科学合理的膳食营养对于短跑运动员的身体健康以及训练竞赛至关重要。本文基于短跑运动员的基本特点,分析其训练竞赛过程中的能量代谢需求,针对性地为短跑运动员提出了合理膳食的建议。
As an anaerobic sport that tests the explosive power and speed of athletes,sprinting not only requires athletes to have good technical and tactical skills,but also requires good physical fitness.Scientific and reasonable dietary nutrition is crucial for the physical health and training competition of sprinters.This article is based on the basic characteristics of sprinters,analyzes their energy metabolism needs during training and competition,and puts forward targeted suggestions for sprinters on a reasonable diet.
