气质联用法在食品农药残留检测中的应用

摘要 在现代农业生产中,农药的广泛应用无疑对提高农作物产量、防治病虫害起到了重要作用。然而,农药不合理使用引发的农药残留问题也对食品安全构成了潜在威胁,如何准确、快速地检测食品中的农药残留成为食品安全领域亟待解决的问题。气质联用法作为高效、灵敏的分析技术,在食品农药残留检测中发挥着日益重要的作用。基于此,本文对气质联用法在食品农药残留检测中的应用进行探讨,以期为食品安全检测工作提供有益的参考。 In modern agricultural production,the widespread use of pesticides has undoubtedly played an important role in increasing crop yields and preventing and controlling pests and diseases.However,the problem of pesticide residues caused by the irrational use of pesticides also poses a potential threat to food safety.How to accurately and quickly detect pesticide residues in food has become an urgent problem to be solved in the field of food safety.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,as an efficient and sensitive analytical technique,plays an increasingly important role in the detection of pesticide residues in food.Based on this,this paper discusses the application of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in the detection of pesticide residues in food,in order to provide a useful reference for food safety testing.
