学校食堂食品安全管理体系模型的建立和风险控制管理的探讨

摘要 学校食堂的食品安全关系师生的身体健康和生命安全,关系学校教育教学的正常开展,为保障食品安全,学校食堂需建立安全风险管控机制。本文通过在学校食堂建立和实施ISO22000食品安全管理体系,结合食堂食品安全风险控制实际情况,分析学校食堂食品安全风险控制管理中存在的问题,并提出有效预防措施及优化建议,旨在提升食品安全风险控制管理水平,为保障学校食堂食品安全提供理论参考。 The food safety of the school cafeteria is related to the physical health and safety of teachers and students,as well as the normal development of school education and teaching.To ensure food safety,the school cafeteria needs to establish a safety risk control mechanism.This article establishes and implements the ISO22000 food safety management system in school canteens,based on the actual situation of food safety risk control in the cafeteria,analyze the problems in the management of food safety risk control in school canteens,and propose effective preventive measures and optimization suggestions,aiming to improve the level of food safety risk control management and provide theoretical reference for ensuring food safety in school canteens.
