摘要
蜡样芽胞杆菌是引起食源性疾病群体事件的一种主要致病菌,其产生的毒素会引起呕吐或腹泻。本文对比分析国内外蜡样芽胞杆菌检测标准,以期为我国蜡样芽胞杆菌检测标准体系进一步发展提供参考。
Bacillus cereus is a major pathogen causing foodborne illness in mass incidents,producing toxins that can cause vomiting or diarrhoea.In this paper,the detection standards of Bacillus cereus at home and abroad were compared and analyzed,in order to provide a reference for the further development of the detection standard system of Bacillus cereus in China.
