吸乳护罩注射模设计

摘要 吸乳护罩由面盖和底盖组成,采用同1副模具生产面盖和底盖。针对面盖与底盖结构相差较大的情况,将面盖与底盖的型腔板与型芯分别设计独立的镶件,采用三板模结构和直浇口浇注系统。为了避免塑件外表面的熔接痕,针对面盖上的3个小孔,采用定模滑块脱模机构,通过推料板与定模型芯固定板之间的相对运动驱动定模滑块脱模。面盖内表面的斜圆柱孔脱模采用内滑块脱模机构,在动模型芯固定板与垫块之间设置支承板,通过辅助开模机构使动模型芯固定板与支承板分开并驱动内滑块脱模。模具采用水井与直通相结合的冷却水路进行冷却,将面盖的水路分为上、下两层,使水路与型腔表面距离基本相同。 The breast shield is composed of face cover and bottom cover,they would be placed in a set of mould for production.In view of the large difference between the structure of the face cover and the bottom cover,so,the cavity plate and core of the face cover and the bottom cover need be designed independent inserts respectively.The three-plate mould structure and the straight gate gating system were adopted.Aiming at the 3 holes on the surface cover,in order to eliminate the clamping line on the outer surface of the product,the demoulding mechanism with the slider in the fixed half of mould was used,it was driven through the relative motion between the runner ejector plate and the core retainer plate in fixed half of the mould.In order to demoulding the inclined cy-lindrical hole on the inner surface of the face cover,the demoulding mechanism of the inner slide block was designed.The support plate was set between the core retainer plate in moving half of the mould and the riser.The auxiliary opening mechanism separated the moving template from the support plate and drived the inner slide block to demoulding.The water well and through the com-bination of cooling channel were designed,and the water cover was divided into two layers,so that the distance of channels and the cavity were basically the same.
