摘要
钢铁工业碳减排是我国达成“碳达峰”、“碳中和”目标的工作重心,发展气基竖炉直接还原技术对实现我国钢铁工业低碳转型意义重大。本文介绍了Midrex、HYL-Ⅲ、Energiron-ZR等典型的气基竖炉直接还原工艺流程及其技术特点,总结了我国当前气基竖炉直接还原发展现状,并对气基竖炉直接还原工艺的发展方向进行展望,提出提升竖炉产能、确保竖炉长效运行、开展全氢直接还原竖炉研究的建议,以期为我国钢铁工业低碳冶金技术发展提供参考。
Carbon emission reduction in the iron and steel industry is the focus of China's efforts to achieve the goals of “carbon peaking” and “carbon neutrality”,and the development on direct reduction technology of gas-based shaft furnace is of great significance to realize the low-carbon transformation of China's iron and steel industry.The direct reduction process of typical gas-based shaft furnace and its technical characteristics, such as Midrex, HYL-Ⅲ and Energiron-ZR,are introduced, the current development status on direct reduction of gas-based shaft furnace in China is summarized, the development direction on direct reduction process of the gas-based shaft furnace is prospected, and in order to provide reference for the development of low-carbon metallurgical technology in China's iron and steel industry, some suggestions are put forward to improve the production capacity of the shaft furnace, ensure the long-term operation of the shaft furnace, and carry out the research of all-hydrogen direct reduction shaft furnace.
