烧结烟气整体式低温脱硝催化剂的制备

摘要 针对钢铁行业烧结烟气脱硝治理,本文以堇青石为基材,通过真空涂敷催化剂浆液,制备了一种整体式低温SCR脱硝催化剂,研究了催化剂浆液配方、涂覆层厚度对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,当催化剂浆液pH值=4.5、浆液粒度D50≤5μm、涂敷层厚度为83μm时,催化剂综合性能最优,催化剂抗磨损质量损失率≤1.2%,160℃烟气条件下脱硝率≥95%,SO_(2)/SO_(3)转化率≤0.19%。 In order to control the denitrification of sintering flue gas in the iron and steel industry,an integral low-temperature SCR denitrification catalyst is prepared by vacuum-coated catalyst slurry by using cordierite as the base material,and the effects of catalyst slurry formulation and coating thickness on the performance of the catalyst are studied.The results show that,when the pH value of the catalyst slurry=4.5,the slurry particle size D_(50)≤5μm,and the thickness of the coating layer is 83μm,the comprehensive performance of the catalyst is the best,the anti-wear mass loss rate of the catalyst is≤1.2%,the denitrification rate is≥95%,and the SO_(2)/SO_(3)conversion rate is≤0.19%under the flue gas condition of 160℃.
