摘要
城市化进程对城市形态气候和环境具有重要影响。为了评估社区建筑方案对所在城镇现状及未来城市通风的影响,某社区采用计算流体力学(CFD)数值模拟手段,分析不同建筑高度及建筑排布的设计方案对该镇区及社区下游小区的风速影响区及平均风速的影响。模拟软件采用Fluent,湍流模型采用k-ε两方程。结果表明,社区住宅按规划条件和现行技术管理规定要求建设,均能保障通风廊道通风能力,符合通风廊道协调管控区管控总体导向。镇区未出让用地,按照现行协调管控区空间形态管控要求执行,以降低新增建设对风环境的不利影响。
Urbanization has an important impact on urban form,climate and environment.In order to evaluate the impact of community building schemes on the present situation and future urban ventilation in a town,a community chose CFD numerical simulation to analyze the impact of different building heights and building arrangements on the wind speed influence area and average wind speed in the town and the downstream community.Fluent is used as the simulation software,and k-εequations are used as the turbulence model.The results show that the construction of community houses according to the planning conditions and the requirements of current technical management regulations can guarantee the ventilation capacity of ventilation corridors,and conform to the overall management and control orientation of ventilation corridor coordination and control areas.The unsold land in the township shall be implemented according to the current requirements for the spatial form control of the coordinated control area,so as to reduce the adverse impact of new construction on the wind environment.
