摘要
原油在油气处理站三相分离过程中对采出液进行加热提温,分离出的高温采出水直接回注地层,造成热量浪费且对回注管线造成软化、变形和刺漏。针对油气处理站的余热利用问题,评价不同热泵和换热器的适用性,研究直接换热、热泵提温、换热+热泵提温这3种方案的可行性。结果表明,吸收式热泵适用于中高温用热、天然气或蒸汽价格相对较低的场合,板式换热器传热系数高、高黏度工质,换热+热泵提温方案投资成本适中,节约燃气量最大,投资收益率较高,适用于油气处理站余热利用项目。
In the process of three-phase separation of crude oil in oil and gas treatment station,the produced liquid is heated and raised in temperature,and the separated high-temperature produced water is directly reinjected into the formation,resulting in heat waste and softening,deformation and leakage of the reinjection pipeline.Aiming at the waste heat utilization of oil and gas treatment station,the applicability of different heat pumps and heat exchangers is evaluated,and the feasibility of three schemes:Direct heat exchange,heat pump temperature raising and heat exchange+heat pump temperature raising is studied.The results show that the absorption heat pump is suitable for medium and high temperature heat consumption,and the price of natural gas or steam is relatively low.The plate heat exchanger has high heat transfer coefficient and high viscosity working medium.The heat exchange+heat pump temperature raising scheme has moderate investment cost,maximum gas saving and good investment return rate,and is suitable for waste heat utilization projects in oil and gas treatment stations.
