摘要
通过大疆Phantom 4 RTK低空无人机野外快速采集细化要素的正射影像,举证基础数据库中细化要素的地类变化和范围变化并发现数据库缺失、遗漏的更新要素,从而快速、高效地完成国家规定的国土空间监测任务,提高国土空间监测项目的整体工作效率,大大降低了作业成本,为吉林省国土空间监测细化要素提供及时、高精度的数字成果。
In this paper,DJI Phantom 4 RTK low-altitude drone was used to quickly collect DOM images of the detailed elements in the field to prove the land class changes and scope changes of detailed elements in the basic database updates and missed and omitted updating elements.It achieves the rapid and efficient completion of the national land spatial monitoring task,improves the overall work efficiency of the land spatial monitoring project and reduces the operating cost,which provide timely,accurate and high-accuracy digital results for the detailed elements of the land spatial monitoring in Jilin Province.
